Patient Participation Group
Thornbury Medical Centre aims of the Patient Participation Group:
We would like to know how we can improve our service to our patients and how patients perceive our practice and staff.
The Assistant Practice Manager continues to update all the PPG members to ensure that everyone is able to participate in any proposed changes in a timely way either by email, letter or telephone. Please feel free to email her on sobia.ambreen@bradford.nhs.uk with any suggestions that you consider will improve the service offered by the practice.
At Thornbury Medical Centre we are committed to working with our patients and getting the views of the people who use our services. We are keen to work with a cross section of our Practice population and would welcome your involvement.
This involvement could take the form of:
- Attending our Patient Reference Group meetings
- Receiving regular updates
- Taking part in surveys/questionnaires
